5% that we charge. We don't understand why other agents charge a high
administration fee on top of a high commission fee (normally 10%)...
Shouldn't the administration fee be included in the commission? Before
instructing any agent, ask them for all the charges... you will be
surprised at all the hidden fees relating to the service.
Deposit
Insurance Backed Scheme
We are part of the National Landlords Association,
and will be bonded by an Insurance Backed Deposit Scheme when it comes
into effect from the 6th April 2007. A £35, Insurance Premium
is required for each deposit held.
Tenants
Reference checks from an Independent Company
We instruct the Maras Group to conduct an independent search on prospective
tenants to include credit, employment and previous tenancy checks.
This allows you our Landlord an unbiased report on the prospective

Using our panel of solicitors and acting legal advisors, we have drafted
