We can almost guarantee all our Landlords, that Acquire HS will beat any quote from any independent company and through our practices of due diligence, will work to assure all Landlords the finish is to a very high standard.

Acquire Estate Agents will also continually vet tradesmen, services and suppliers and use only companies providing the very best quality workmanship and price on behalf of our clients, when presenting comparables.

Acquire Estate Agents can be your only point of contact under our management program. You will never need to speak to your tenants. We will log all communication and act as your representative. If you wish to have your tenants contact details, we can also arrange that for you as well.Acquire Estate Agents can also assist Landlords with more complex legal issues, please not we are not a law firm and therefore not regulated by the Law Society and cannot act as one, but we can refer you to one of our panel of solicitors with the relevant expertise, if necessary.

Acquire Estate Agents will organise inventory, check-in, checkout, cleaning, arrange for a recent gas certificate, removal of articles etc…as part of our service. We can also provide you with comparables of various independent inventory clerks, electricians, removal firms etc… for you to choose from if you wish.

Acquire Estate Agents will provide a fully comprehensive service without any compromises or a shadow management service (i.e. Landlords can manage the property and can refer to us, if needed, ie. emergency repairs etc..)
