Management is more Law and Administration than Sales and is an integral part of the Lettings process. Prior to completion, we will help, arrange or advise our landlords in regards to referencing, the check-in, the inventory etc... free of charge. This we believe is an integral part of our service and it is absolutely free.

We can also manage your property for the full term of the tenancy for an extra 5%(+VAT), after completion. We can collect rent, deal with emergency calls from tenants, resolve any property related problems, such as plumbing, electrics, gas etc...

Acquire Estate Agents recognise the importance of the law in the lettings market and will use our experiences and knowledge to serve and protect the interest of both Landlord and Tenant during the Assured Shorthold Tenancy Agreement or Contract of Law.
