McColgan Maintenance Ltd provides professional property maintenance services at highly competitive rates. We focus our work on residential and commercial properties in London and the surrounding areas, offering a high standard of service to the members of the public and commercial sector alike. We aim to change the face of the property maintenance industry by offering a level of service and professionalism unequalled by any other company in the business. Our office is situated on Battersea Park Road, South West London.
We carry £2m of public liability insurance and our work is fully guaranteed, if a client is not completely satisfied with the work carried out, we will commit to fixing the job free of charge until the client is completely satisfied.

OUR HISTORY
Established in 2004, Gerald McColgan started McColgan Maintenance from his flat in South London. Marketing himself as a general handyman Gerald helped people with general maintenance needs in their homes, from fitting taps to small painting jobs. As the company developed Gerald started to notice the majority of the work he undertook was leaning towards property maintenance. A large proportion of new business was being generated through referrals mainly because Gerald was offering a high standard of work for a fraction of the cost that any other company in London was able to.
Now nearly two years later McColgan Maintenance has 5 employees and an office based in South London, our prices remain as competitive as they have always been and quality of work that’s difficult to beat.
The future of McColgan Maintenance looks bright. We plan to further expand our services to North London areas and continue to provide excellent services to anybody in need. We love what we do and are proud of our work.
