Solicitors et al*= 1% (+VAT) Working with our panel of solicitors, Acquire Estate Agent will pay the Vendors/Sellers Legal Fees upon completion of the sale of their property. This is an all-inclusive sales package. Instruct us to sell your property and we will also pay for all the legal fees involved in completing the transaction (except for dispersements). As our client you can choose from our panel of vetted solicitors who you would like to represent you. Or we could recommend you a solicitor from our panel. If you decide to choose your own solicitor or conveyance executive, that we have not used before or not heard of, our offer will not apply, the charge of 1% for the introduction of a buyer still applies but Acquire Estate Agents will not pay for the legal fees. We know and understanding how solicitors work (as one of our directors has worked in various law firms in London and the UK before starting up the Acquire Group). We will only work with Solicitors who proactively work hard and reliable to complete the property transaction as quickly as it is possible to do so. It makes sense. Acquire Estate Agents are only pay upon the Exchange of your property so we will help and assist as much as it is possible in order for a quick and efficient property turnaround. Our panel of solicitors are vetted and are very proactive in their approach to conveyancing and we can guarantee that the standards of their approach and professionalism are second to none in the industry. We are so confident in their ability that we will automatically pay for the service. Landlords and Tenants As part of our package, we can provide all our clients and tenants with a thorough grounding in their legal duties and responsibilities under an Assured Short-Hold Tenancy or a Contract of Law (TA). For more complex issues, we can give general guidance, help and support, especially in areas relating to Landlord and Tenant disputes, eviction proceeds, and others. However, we strongly advise all our clients to also seek proper legal advice from a proper regulated (law society) law firm.
